Are these ad;'s and donation button too much?

No. It's normal. If someone has money and Paypal and wants to donate, they can very easily in this way, and the rest of us can just click the ads so they pay you.

What about that great idea you had about the otherwise blank page with ads on it? We could just click on each ad once daily and you'd be getting money without having it donated.
